Role: Front End Developer (Full Time)

Summary of Role:
The role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing web and app applications within Kingdomcity

The Front End Developer’s role is to provide web development expertise under the direction of the Global Technology team, to fulfill the online aims and goals of Kingdomcity.

The candidate should:
1. Be capable in Javascript, CSS, HTML, Liquid templating language
2. Have Design and User Experience (UX) Skills
3. Be able to work with SQL and XAML
4. Have experience with newer Javascript Frameworks like React, Vue, etc.
5. Be part of Kingdomcity

Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to:
• Translate business rules/logic to code
• Build test cases and execute testing plans for the written code.
• Produce and maintain systems documentation.
• Participate in user training & knowledge base content production.
• Liaise with other team members, including interacting with members of different areas of the church, presenting findings to the team as well as managing and executing software development projects.
• Have time management skills coupled with communication, including the discipline to hear from God for personal development and leadership.
• Be able to work independently and function effectively within a global team with team members based locally and internationally.

Additional Requirements
• Volunteer Hours (Church event attendance is allocated towards this commitment)
• Full-time employee – you are required to serve as a volunteer 10-15 hours over and above your contracted hours
• Part-time employee – you are required to serve as a volunteer 6-10 hours over and above your contracted hours
• Big 5, Advances, Conference, Chapel – In your role, you are required to attend as well as assist with the preparation, setup, facilitation, and pack down of these events. Individual duties will vary from time to time, and you will be informed closer to each event what your tasks will be. There may be additional events from time to time.
• Sunday – Paid Mon-Fri, you must attend 1 service & volunteer in another.
• Social Media – Promote/celebrate Kingdomcity person/service/event at least once per week.
• Timesheets – Ensure weekly timesheets are kept accurate and up-to-date.

Role: Designer (Full Time)

Summary of Role:
The Design role will assist the Communication department in efficiently rendering designs into Kingdomcity’s different print, email, and online vehicles; as well as assist with electronic media marketing and website. You must seek to be a positive catalyst in cultivating a dynamic design environment within the team. The capability to be flexible and balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines is necessary.

• Manage the execution of creative direction with part responsibility for the design process from concept through execution.

• The scope of projects will vary from a team setting on large scale and organization directives to solo projects for individual department needs.

• Manage and lead a team and be expected to work smoothly and efficiently with team members in high pressure, dynamic, creative, and technical situations.

• Work in Team setting and consistently collaborate with the KL Marketing Manager, Global marketing representatives, city lead pastors, volunteers/ contractors, and other department leaders.

KPI’s:
• Liaise with Project Managers on media projects for Kingdomcity
• Assist with development, production and delivery of design for various global projects (including but not limited to) departments such as Kids, CY, Greenroom and Special Projects
• Provide creative ideas and suggestions for global design projects
• Self-manage weekly work, meeting all deadlines with high communicative levels
• Be passionate and dedicated to developing and growing in your research, creating, designing and delivering the final products for each project assigned

Role: Finance Administrator (Full Time)

Workday(s): Monday – Friday

Summary of Role:
The Finance Administrator will have a solid background in accounting and will be responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting and ensuring a transparent and unimpeachable bookkeeping process.

This position requires you to be self-directed, motivated and reliable as you will be assisting in the administration of the finances of a fast-growing church. You will require knowledge of financial systems and a proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.

Responsibilities will include:

Financial Management
• Administration of Malaysia’s finances
• Ensure all expenditures are managed within budget approved by the Board
• Assist in management of cash flow
• Prepare Financial reports
• Process transactions from all payment gateways
• Process payments and claims
• Prepare banking paperwork, floats and terminals for Sunday
• All facets of data entry in accounting software

Asset Management
• Maintain an updated record and database of all assets in Malaysia, across all the campuses.
• Assisting in the upkeep and procuring of necessary assets.

Carrier Team
• Assist the Carrier Team to meet the growing needs in events and services nationally.

Role: IT Support & Administrator (Full Time)

Summary of Role:
Providing support for the information technologies, specifically hardware, network, devices, and computing infrastructure and provide support globally in IT and the network.

• Support and maintain Business Intelligence (data reporting & analytics) systems
• Business Process modelling and management
• Supporting IT operations, and assisting a team of Ops personnel globally
• Proactive monitoring of systems

• Assisting hands-on, day-to-day building-wide IT operations at the Hub and all Campuses in Malaysia.

Role: School Digital Coach (Full Time)

Summary of Role:
The role of the Digital Coach is to support and advance the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the school by collaborating with Parents to incorporate both family and school calendars to ensure students are on track with school, communicating to parents and managing the students timetable, supplies and academic progress.

This role includes working remotely from families and students, organizing student’s schedule in accordance with family calendar, prepare daily list of lessons and tasks for students, close monitoring of student’s academic progress, close eye to detail, high communication skills with parents and students.

Key to this role is being super organised and proficient at prioritising tasks and highly competent at administration.

KPIs:
Being available and on-call for the 5-hour shift during Greenspace hours in your local time zone (8.30AM-2.30PM includes lunch break).
• Working remotely and being on-call over recorded zoom meetings and working with 3-4 students a day.
• Managing the necessary administration of the students study records.
• Responsible for coaching and assisting to integrate technology and digital skills throughout the curriculum, 6-12 in a substantive and sustainable manner.
